Clark County Could See 31 New Rec Marijuana Stores
Clark County is allowed 31 new rec stores from the passage of Question 2 which allows a total of 80 rec stores in Clark County (the other 49 stores were grandfathered-in medical dispensaries). The new licensees should know by Dec. 5th, which is when the Nevada Department of Taxation will send out notifications. Licenses allowed: Clark County, 10; City of Las Vegas, 10; City of Henderson, 6; City of North Las Vegas, 5; Others: 7 for Washoe County, 2 for Carson City and 1 for Nye Couty. More Info.
