MJardin Buys Two Nevada Cultivations for $22 Million
The Denver-based MJardin Group, a manager of cultivations around the US, reported that it completed the purchase of F&L Investments, LLC, which owns GreenMart of Nevada LLC, a cultivation operation based in Las Vegas near the Nellis Air Force Base for $22 million in cash and stock. The purchase included a 4-acre site containing two existing cultivation facilities. One facility is currently operational and the second is expected to be up by January 2019. More Info.
