Canada-based Flower One Holdings, Inc. is purchasing NLV Organics, Inc. (“NLVO”) for $27.2 Million.  NLVO is a fully operational 25,000 square foot cultivation & production facility located in North Las Vegas with supply relationships to over 30 operating dispensaries in the state. More Info.
